Dax, you want America to an autocracy.  Everyone knows it.  I recommend that you just own it and move on.

You made fun of the Trump outreach to N. Korea.

In geo-strategic terms, I'm someone who believes that it's better to get people to change via negotiations and diplomacy, not attempting to install democracy one B1 strike at a time like the #neocons prefer.  (which is also one reason why I ask why we never truly seem to address the root cause issues that drive migrants to our Southern Border).

The problem is Pete, you live in a nation where our government literally traverses the world threatening nations with sanctions and war whenever they don't bend to our will.  This is why (for example) more African nations are welcoming China and Russia, than the United States these days.   One reason of course is that in order to justify a trillion dollar (annual) military-intelligence complex, you need bogey men, lots of them.  I believe in spheres of influence, not threats.  Sadly, we are now pushing a substantial portion of the world's population and growing portion of the world's economy into the Chinese sphere of influence.  The only thing that may stall that is (for example) the strength of the dollar and the U.S. stock market.

Yes, as long as we have more opportunity than Latin America, people will continue trying to come here, and nobody is proposing anything at all to fix that root issue.

I didn’t really think about Ukraine in the fall/winter, that’s going to be even more of a humanitarian disaster

German price per megawatt of power blasts through all time record highs.  Euro natural gas back at highest prices since March.

French nuclear power at or near all time low output.

Its all going according to plan.

German industry begging for government intervention. German government planning on spending billions to avoid energy poverty.  German industry decimated by supply issues and multi fold increase in costs for production.

Joe Biden:  Decimating #blueanon’s beloved European (alleged) allies.

I kind of wondered if this hasn't been Putin's plan for quite awhile. Just wait it out until your opposition either freezes to death or comes to the bargaining table.

Kind of like back when they were rolling out the concepts for things like the B-2 bomber. Amazingly all the animated drawings and promotional mock-ups had the B-2 bravely over Russia dropping bombs (always drawn to look like conventional bombs, not nuclear bombs, I mean duh).  Or the drawing of the B1 slicing over the mountain to take out that Russian mobile ICBM just for it launched its deadly payload!!

It's vastly more original than any thought that has crossed your keyboard on to this blog.  I enjoy enraging the resident arm chair (no skin in the game) neocons, like you.

Nobody sorta talks bad about 'Merica on #deflectodug's watch, nobody!

russia can't take Ukraine and now they want a big war with the US?

We'd tax their ass so completely they'd have to melt the globe.

You got about 8% of it.

#onbrand

BTW #deflectodug, I'll ask again.  When is the last time the United States has fought a war against someone with an Air Force?  Against a nation getting billions of dollars in NATO/Western arms?

I am just enjoying when you put on the flight suit, let somebody else make the carrier landing, and then hop out for that Mission Accomplished speech.  'Merica!

Sure this is "since Iraq".   It's substantially deeper than that.

As far as an Air Force.  It hasn’t been since the Gulf War, not Iraqi Freedom

Because unlike you I understand real world events.  We have constantly meddled in Ukraine and our leaders have literally sat at the negotiating table and put ink to paper signing that we would not advance NATO closer to Russia.

It’s hilarious to see posts like this from you as I continually post links to articles about the US traversing the world threatening one country after another with sanctions and war if they don’t do what we want them to do.

If Mexico entered into a military alliance with China and joined BRICS we’d be invading within 72 hours.

If you believe those are real Russians then LOL at you.
