Yeah, there are different ways to measure positivity. I don’t know much about it but Rusty has explained a lot of it. Some take ALL tests and some only take a single test if someone, for example, got 5 tests. I use JH because it’s consistent and the same for all states. A lot of states try to pad their stats with all those extra tests and crap.
