I've got a family member who works in the icu at a KC metro hospital.  I'll try to follow up with them this weekend.

It was interesting to hear them post numbers publicly 8 months ago and hear how under reported they were. 

Then when KC was supposedly getting that surge, they acted like it wasn't anywhere near as bad as they had expected.

I think a big problem hospitals have run into locally is getting elderly nursing home patients to have 2 negative test.  That can seriously take weeks.
