I have honestly never heard of people questioning how a single Representative is going to “implement her agenda.”

i think it's an important perspective.
i'm not convinced she would have even won her district if primary turnout was typical of a normal non-ny primary election. which makes me skeptical of the size of the dsa surge in the democratic electorate. clearly it exists, but i think coverage of aoc has been excessive compared to the proportion of the electorate whose views she embodies.i could be wrong. a lot of that gets back to how you view the sanders vote in 2016 (pro-socialist or anti-clinton/anti-insincere politician).

I'm not sure who else would be the face.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning. They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.
in the end, EMAW will always win.
