They should pass the WTL proposed amendment and exclude miners and developers. The other amendment is stupid to not exclude developers. If you want to partially kill innovation in a great emerging industry then pass some stupid regulation by people who probably have issues creating an email account on their own.

SEC ain’t got crap to do with crypto.  These aren’t securities.  COTC  should and will have governance once congress has time to sort this out properly.

SEC ain’t got crap to do with crypto.  These aren’t securities.  COTC  should and will have governance once congress has time to sort this out properly.
I get it, but as with any good US agency, it can always wedge its way into weird places.
