How bad is “Hand, Foot, and Mouth”? Whole daycare got wiped out with it.

usually pud. kid will be fine in a couple days.

My 2 yr old had a couple toe nails fall out because of it.  But seems like that is pretty rare.

baby 'blast started daycare recently and whole house has been SICK AF so a lot of fun here

still riding the bug train baby. fevers, coughs, experienced our first night of puking this week. lil baby 'blast sounding like a smoker all through the night. we are going to be bulletproof in not too long :crossfingers:

September: Stomach bug
October: RSV
November: Hand, Foot, Mouth

i got the HFM. sores all over my hands, feet, open sores in my mouth. eating/drinking anything is excruciating. this crap sucks!

ohhhhh boy. where do i begin. lil baby 'blast had a very rough couple days. fever, runny nose, minor red bumps here and there. but the worst symptom for her was a sore throat. eating made her start crying. had to take multiple breaks while getting a bottle of milk down, because we were trying to do everything we could to get calories in her.

a few days later i got it.... it was terrible. sore bumps all over hands and feet, fever. but that sore throat.... i've never had anything like it. felt like there were open sores in the back of my tongue and tonsils. if you've ever had canker sores, it really was the equivalent of having about 30 canker sores at one time. it was a miserable few days.

My dad has these fake snakes to scare rodents away from his vegetable garden and he gave a few to my son to take home. They honestly look pretty real. Anyways, last week, we played a prank on mom and put it inside the toilet seat (seat) to scare mom when she goes potty. It got her pretty good, but it ended up backfiring, because I can't take a crap anymore without being surprised by a lifelike snake. He's a troll just like his daddy.

Easy gotten the lighter version of it, but he does have light spots on all the areas it’s named after, including his poor butt, but he’s been happier than a clam the past two days somehow.

That's good, my oldest was a thumbsucker and she had a big blister on that thumb and she cried A LOT about that.
