I'm seeing that the BBB creates a $1000 fee to claim asylum...

Specifically, the bill proposes a $1,000 fee to apply for asylum and a $100 annual fee while the application is pending. Additionally, it includes a $550 fee for work permits for asylum seekers and those under Temporary Protected Status. These fees are proposed to be unwaivable in almost all circumstances, meaning they cannot be waived for those who cannot afford them.

I'm beginning to think this death cult is also full of raging, bigoted assholes. How did we get to this point as a society where one of the only two parties we get is openly, blatantly, cynically unmoved by the incongruity between their America and the America that has existed in the historical record?

Viewers of this blog will note that #blogkaren is an ardent supporter of a political movement who constantly proclaimed about 10 to 20 years ago that you can't just jump over a river. The last member of their party to hold the Oval Office (in name only) once campaigned that illegal immigration was an evil rich Republican plot against America and if he was elected (in 2008) he was going to cut that crap out straight away.

Another dotted line member of #blogkaren's political movement, the guy who is now out there flying on private jets to anti-oligarch rallies also championed the same idea that evil Republicans were behind illegal immigration. #blogkaren was also an ardent supporter of a POTUS who deported millions including thousands upon thousands of criminal aliens without due process.  The majority of #blueanon said absolutely nothing about it.

#blogkaren was also a supporter of a candidate in 2016 who when asked about criminal illegals her response can best be described as very similar to Raul head of the Venezuelan delegation on Parks and Rec, only in this case, replace jail with deportation.

Now on top of all of that, #blogkaren is upset about a small fee in the grand scheme of things for an amnesty applicant.

These are indeed the life and times of #blueanongE

I just don't see the point of granting asylum to someone whose situation is good enough to be able to afford that.

They could just as easily change asylum laws or cap it or something to accomplish the same thing they’re going for in an intellectually honest way. Pure cowards.

To be honest, I don’t think I could have taken the high road and wished a happy Memorial Day to all ^ those people described above, but hey I guess that’s just part of what it means to be presidential.

Bet letting in 21 trillion murderers and rapists, you gotta admit that’s petty bad

It's probably time for Pete to go.

However, intelligent people are advised not to pay attention to the drama queens of #blueanon/#blueanongE who melt down about everything all day - every day.

What's going on is as open of a battle between the peace via strength and negotiations and the interventionist neocons.

Thankfully - Don Trump is leaning heavily towards the non interventionists and Pete should have done the same instead of getting rid of them. The previous sentence makes Lyin Susie Rice's claims all the more laughable.  She's upset that the neocon voice is not being heard in the PDB (which according to many ITK are a complete waste of time and resources given the access to real time information). Recall it was Lyin Susie Rice who tried to tell us that a YouTube video killed a US Ambassador in Libya . . . a YouTube video

Smart people who follow history, understand that the neocons hated Ronald Reagan for his peace through strength, because they wanted strength and intervention at every turn and the neocons of that time hated seeing the US military being rebuilt and not being used.

You know who has a track record of being good at defense(and offense)?  Tommy tubberville, that’s who.

Hershel Walker knew how to get things done too.

The DNC should raise enough money, use it to buy $melania, then ask for single payer healthcare.

If it works, we should take advantage of this mechanism while it’s here.
