I like this characterization of Trump. Succint, accurate, and well deserved.

Trump is a great example of what happens when leaders give air to fringe elements.  Same with Hawley.  Same on the other side of the political spectrum.
They operate isolated so they don't see how these crazies actually operate and think.  They see them as assets to further their gain and just assume they won't do the crazy crap we saw yesterday.  If leaders give them the air and legitimize them, yesterday is what you get.  There will always be fringe elements in every part of society, made even worse when they can all connect via the internet and legitimize themselves in whatever echo chamber they find.

Tone at the top matters.

You know, when you see it written out that way you kinda realize that a lot of the MAGA/Qs are really just displaying some classic signs of mental illness. I kinda feel bad now that it’s mostly just framed as a political battle when a lot of these folks legit need help.

I don't. They are dangerous maniacs.

Nothing to see here. Just people playing a character on a fake message board.
Real world video is not social media or a message board.   Social media is or can be the platform in which real world content can be distributed.

I’m here to provide help for you at anytime.  Albeit, even with my prowess it’s still a Herculean task.
LOL you're so far behind I can't even. However, you are an enormous coward so I don't anticipate to hear from you for awhile based on the going-ons of this afternoon.
Waks, you are in a perpetual state of rage and thus you can never follow an ongoing narrative.   Proved (yet again) by your post.
Yeah dude, super cogent and self-aware response here. You have 20 THOUSAND posts on a politics board on a K-State blog. Rage on, brother.
As usual you’re raging in a mirror.  It’s both sad and funny.

At the end of the day, these people arrived in DC and some stormed the capitol because a fat old tv reality star that calls in as his own publicist and could never make it in business told them to do so.

I can't imagine being that person and reflecting on that today on how badly you've been gaslt by that guy.  How does one get this batshit crazy to follow Donald Trump to that extreme?

Have to include:  Russia-Russia-Russia lunatics (so that encompasses the whole of BidenVoter Nation, so roughly 80 to 81 million, including the whole contingent of BidenVoters on this blog, and the entirety of BidenVoter leadership)

Mueller Truthers - Estimated 40 to 45 million BidenVoters

Ukrainian Quid Pro Impeachment lunatics (a fantastic reminder of the Nazi/Soviet/color revolution tactic whereby you accuse opponents of something you've done) so that contingent would once again entail 80 to 81 million, the whole of the resident BidenVoter's and the whole of BidenVoter leadership.

I think we've got ourselves a Vast Left Wing Conspiracy at this point.

Resident BidenVoter participation in the Mueller Truther movement will require some research.

Nothing is more bat crap crazy than a massive political movement believing to their core that a foreign power elected and controlled our president (particularly in light of the onslaught on sanctions, treaty cancellations and massive attempt to undermine that foreign powers primary source of income that occurred, that went and has gone as far as to sanctioning our allies for doing business with them).   This was demonstrated day after day after day.

Phil is simply a denialist.

Mueller Truthers literally believed that Mueller was "gotten to" by someone, probably the Russians.

I can't say this firmly enough, but eff Mick Mulvaney, Stephanie Grisham, and everyone else that thinks like them. THIS IS WHAT DID IT FOR THEM, THIS? They didn't give a eff about forcefully clearing out peaceful protesting citizens for a photo op, or any of the dozens of unquestionably horrific things he's done to and said about American citizens were fine, but him essentially not telling y'all qaeda to go home quickly and forcefully enough was the last straw, the supposed legacy? Not all of the stuff that actually led to this but him not trying to pull the plug at the last minute was what did it? Never mind that these people have actually killed and terrorized people across the country, eff all of that, he didn't wag his finger hard enough at them stealing podiums from the capitol, that's it for ol' Mick.

Yes it’s nuts this could somehow change your position on Trump at this point, but it still makes sense that nothing would move the needle for white nationalists until the capitol full of white congresspeople was brought under siege.
