Is there a period before inauguration day that Trump has to get his crap out of the white house, in order for it to be cleaned and the usual stuff that happens when a residence is going to change tenants?

What's in place to have coverage in case anyone decides to eff with america during all the ceremonial stuff on or right before or after inauguration time?
