Now, the ramp up of the militarization of the local (and state) police began under Bush II and continued with little to no modification on the trajectory during the 8 years of Barry Obama.
Unfortunately (and once again) the epicenter of racial strife in our nation is in yet another Liberal controlled metropolitan area, and in this case its a white liberal controlled metropolitan area.
