I was thinking about this some more and I bet the reason is because a blast above the ground would blow all the clouds away.  Just drop a bunch of them and literally blow the whole storm apart from shock waves.  Who gives a crap about the fallout.

Also maybe this is what Morpheus meant in The Matrix when he said it was us who torched the sky.  Too many attempts at blowing hurricanes away.

OR another thought is that his term of “nuking” was microwaving away the hurricanes.  Maybe we just shoot a crap load of microwaves and gamma rays at the storms.  Heat them up a bunch and they just dissipate.

Wasn't talking about that, and relative to the constitution I have to say it's absolutely weird AF to hear Libs all wrapped in the constitution (starting January 2017) considering your guy was doing things like putting the Patriot Act on a steroid drop and killing American citizens without due process.

So now you are going to be all wrapped up in the Constitution?

On the flip side, when is the Dem Leadership (once total hardcore border enforcement zealots during the regime of the Deporter-in-Chief aka the brown person deporter/killer/droner/refugee'er) going to step up and just admit that they've sold out and now want open borders?

It's pretty simple, "we want no restrictions on immigration, we want open borders, we've sold out".    They're too chickenshit to just say it.

I wish one of the presidential candidates would come out and say it. It would make them easier to support, anyway.

To be fair, Trump did step up and admit that.
