You know, about the same thing as getting a bad stock tip. But instead of losing the latest quartley bonus money, 700K people have died and millions more get displaced.
Then there's ensuring places like Venezuela fall apart, and supporting terrible regimes in Central America forcing an exodus to the North of thousands.
That's kind of well ordered world destruction SysBot and ProgLibs prefer.
