There is data that shows crimes that target a certain race and/or religion are on the rise. It's up to data interpreters to correlate to a cause or causes. Of course we are all speculating, but which speculations are on the right path and which are not? If you have a theory, please discuss. Or we can talk about Obama and Zimmerman for the thousandth time which will get us nowhere.
