What a meltdown! Completely trashing the judicial branch even though they totally are 100% sure it'll get overruled by the SC. That's some #bid right there, to call into question the integrity of the branch instead of just respecting their interpretation of the EO and moving on to the appeal. Good job Pubs

Taking the Circuit opinion at its word, there's a lot of room to simply tweak the order, but that doesn't stop Washington State from simply starting the circus all over again once the order is changed. I'd probably make the revisions and go one more round through the Ninth Circuit. They'll stick it to him again anyway, but it buys a bit more time to put Gorsuch on the SC to pad their margin. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the approach they take.

But out of principle, they might just proceed directly to the SC. They should already win based on the Executive's plennary power so they might be inclined to just give the Ninth the finger.

Admittedly it's not like selling the Saudi's $10 billion in arms, telling them to bomb AQAP, then getting upset about the collateral damage and then refusing to sell them the systems to reduce the collateral damage.

But there's always room to grow into actionable stupidity.

My wife gets mad at his ideology, but I don't think he really has an ideology.  His unbelievable need for people to like him is more important than anything else in his reality.

He will say whatever he needs to in front of that person or that crowd, to get them to like him.  It's why no one can get a beat on what he really believes.

I was just thinking back on how outraged the left was when Obama was criticizing the Supreme Court. Once in regard to a case that was still pending, and another when he recklessly misrepresented (lied about) the court's opinion.

[Libtards] certainly did not express similar concern when President Obama made public statements clearly intended to influence the outcome of cases before the Supreme Court.“I’m optimistic that the Supreme Court will play it straight when it comes to the interpretation,” he said as the Justices deliberated King v. Burwell–implying that if the Court ruled against them, their decision would be illegitimate. And by now we’ve all been reminded of President Obama’s hectoring of Justices during the State of the Union in 2010, when he misrepresented Citizens United.

I specifically remember the resident libtards warning us about the inherent danger of this conduct, and obama's disrespect for checks and balances.

Nice to see them holding president business to the same standard.
