The 2015 Waters of the US rule is currently under a Federal stay and has never actually been implemented. Repealing the rule might prevent drinking water from being cleaner than it currently is in some cases, but it would not make our water any less clean than it currently is. The rule would not have done anything to prevent the Flint, MI disaster.

Let go in September, was going to put her on my plan, but was going to be $250 a paycheck and we both agreed that was insane. She got hired late December and I don't think she was eligible until the first of February. I could be off on the dates tho. crap nobody thinks about when this plan came through. Maybe start a lol Obama thread and take this there? Idk.

You can actually miss a couple of months and the penalty doesn't apply. It also seems like it would make a difference that the months were divided by tax year.
