Had a good friend in town for a conference and I took him and his peers for birria tacos last night. We crushed the whole thing

Took some birria out of freezer for tacos. Did some with cheese directly on griddle and other inside tortilla. I loved each kid equally, but for different reasons. Beans are my charred beef pintos with an emulsion blender all up in their guts. 10/10, would eat meal again
