Still hard, even though I eat tasty food, my samples are tiny.  Trying to shrink my appetite.  Discuss.

Have been trying this lately also.  It's tough for a fat kid like me.  Last night I worked hard to only eat three pieces of pizza instead of the usual six or seven.  Then I couldn't resist the yoder cinnamon rolls sitting on the counter, so I had two.

This is really difficult. But after a week or so it's easy because you really aren't too hungry after that. But once you have a big meal, like a birthday or family get-together, it's back to square one, so you have to make sure to stick to your portions then.

Ya I know, and that means I can never eat pizza again if I want to stay thin :(  Not sure if thats worth it.

Eating less amounts of not healthy food is not easy.  Eating more healthy food is easier.  fwiw.

daris healthy tip #4- if you think you are hungry, go drink an 8 oz glass of water and wait fifteen minutes to see if the hunger feeling subsides. the body commonly mistakes thirst for hunger.

I've been drinking 10 cups of water per day for a while now.  It's a chore.  But I usually feel full and bloated.  I also have to go to the bathroom a lot.

Yeah, I try to get down 100oz throughout the workday. Sucks when it's busy and I have to head to the bathroom. But, relieving the massive piss within, which is probably significantly increasing my chances of prostrate cancer, is one of the best feelings I can imagine. And I am definitely not hungry while downing all this H2O.

Today, on the way back to the office I stopped by McDonald's and got 2 McChicken sandwiches and medium fries.  Then, in an effort to be healthy I gave one McChicken sandwich to a homeless person sitting at the top of the exit ramp.  I'm pretty sure she was a meth-head, so she was prolly pretty hungry.  Help the needy, be less unhealthy....two birds, one stone.   :gocho:

I think you must mean opposite day meth-head if you think she was hungry

I have very little experience with meth, but I just figured they were hungry since they look hungry.....and scabby.  She was pretty excited to get a McChicken sandwich, I can tell you that much.
