Not all of us eat our scabs.
scabs have more nutritional value than a case of centrum multi-vitamins.  the dirty hand crew from the hand washing thread told me so.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Still hard, even though I eat tasty food, my samples are tiny.  Trying to shrink my appetite.  Discuss.

I bet your typical Sunday-thru-Thursday diet is fine, but you probably add weight on the weekends like most college students.

Here's a tip: on nights you plan on drinking heavily, eat dinner in the early evening well before you start drinking alcohol or go out to the bars. If you start drinking beer after your food is digested, the likelihood of putting on weight will go down significantly. Also: try to avoid eating pizza or chinese (very hard) or whatever else you like to stuff your face with AFTER drinking. The reason is simple. Your body will try to get rid of the alcohol first, because it's a toxin. So in the time it takes to get rid of, say, 10 or 12 beers ... that pizza you ate is not being broken down ... and is instead stored as fat. That is why most people put on so much weight on the weekend. Like I said, I bet your normal diet is fine.

So, to recap:

1. Eat  :lick:
2. Let food digest  :frown:
3. Drink  :drink:
4. Go to bed  (don't eat)

Thanks j rake, that's good to know. As hard as it is to resist Hunam after a trip to the bars, it sounds like I better start resisting it.

spot on, j-rake.  it's easy to be healthy and lose a couple pounds mon.-thurs., but once that weekend hits, it becomes kind of impossible to not eat junk and drink myself into a coma, and then eat junk again.

Alright so I got up to like 238 lbs in January, and I was like, omg I'm a fat ass.  So I looked at what I was eating.

Breakfast:
2 Donuts and chocolate milk or
1 sausage egg and queso burrito, potato sticks, and orange juice (taco bueno) or
something from McDonalds

Lunch:  (gets real bad here)
Everything on this list with a fountain soda
5GBAF or
Chipotle or
Popeyes or
HyVee Chinese or
Oklahoma Joes ( ) or
Sometimes some other things

Dinner:
Something from the fryer or
Frozen pizza or
frozen burrito's or
a bunch of random junk food or
fast food somewhere.

Then usually some sort of sweet thing at about 9pm.

So I was all gmafb I eat a whole bunch of horrible stuff.

So now I eat

Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal (something not all sugary, but not nasty either).

Lunch:  Water to drink
6 inch Ham & Turkey on wheat from Subway or
6 inch turkey sub from Planet sub when the royals win.

Dinner:  Water to drink
About the same stuff, except less.  And I don't eat stuff from the fryer.

I also fill up a 20oz bottle of water up about 4-5 times during the workday.  Don't drink pop at all anymore.

Down to about 175.

Also, let it be known even with that diet I'm like 185 in the summer cause I play tennis and stuff like everyday.  But eating all that stuff dosen't work well in the winter.

In conclusion, I stopped horrible stuff for every meal without any extra exercise and I got back down to my normal weight.

I haven't bought pop in the store in several years. Get a 24 pack last week, and boom I put on 3 pounds. JFC, never buying pepsi again.

Thanks j rake, that's good to know. As hard as it is to resist Hunam after a trip to the bars, it sounds like I better start resisting it.

Seriously, this is the key. But if you can't resist, buy a jump rope.

If you are even remotely good at jump rope you can burn between 20 and 25 calories per minute. Most fat people are too lazy to run, which makes sense, because running is boring. Unless you have oscar on your iPod, because then it's the greatest thing in the world. But yeah, if you have a craving for a certain food ... eat it ... and then, "jump it off."

You can burn off a Twinkie in seven minutes.

Take up an addicting game like World of Warcraft. You'll get sucked up so much you won't want to leave the game to eat, and if you do you'll just want something quick and filling enough that you don't feel like you're starving.

Now the lack of exercise that comes with this solution is another problem altogether, lemme know if you figure that one out.

That's probably the worst advice you can give. I knew a guy who used to play World of Warcraft. All he did was play that game, and eat. Only he couldn't even get his own food. He'd just overpay other people to get it for him. Wendy's. McDonald's. Pizza Shuttle. The guy ate everything. And he never slept. He just ate and played Warcraft. His room was also a total mess.

He went from 150 to 185 in about a year.

So yeah, play Warcraft. That will solve everything.

I like Perry's suggestion.  People who are fat are also lazy and won't change their ways over the long term.  You might as well find an addicting game that you can enjoy while fattisizing.

Plus if you get too addicted to it, you won't ever leave, so you won't have to worry about the ladies.  Play WOW get fat, be happy.

Nice to see you shed some lbs. km.  I think you were probably pretty close to raping someone.  You might also want to add an apple to your list? :dunno:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

But I would beat Fatty in tennis. I'm sure of it.

If you weigh between 175 and 225 pounds, you will burn approx 250 calories in 30 minutes.

(Assuming you are pushing the mower, not riding one.)

Intermittent fasting.

The absolute worst thing you can do.  :nono:

Eventually, you'll eat again, and when you do it will be double trouble.
