Over the past 2 months, I've lost 15 lbs, but all of September, work has been kicking my butt. I hate working late, coming home tired and not wanting to do anything. So I'm still sticking to hiking on the weekends, but my daily routine has been getting ditched. Need to get back at it. My diet is still going strong. I eat on average 1400-1600 calories. Sometimes get as low as 1200 on some days.
