Going to Dollywood this summer just because I'll be in the neighborhood. Should I ask for recommendos ITT or in a different one?
Eat early. Like old fart early.  Long waits after 6p. Doesn't matter where you go. The only restaurants without a wait suck.

JT Hannah's Kitchen is a family favorite. Mellow Mushroom is my favorite. Love sitting next to the open windows in downtown Gatlinburg. There's also one at The Island in Pigeon Forge. Great place to get boozy.

Got Hilton points? I like the Hilton Garden Inn in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Both are walking distance to restaurants and bars.

I've got a conference in Orlando mid June. Staying at the Swan Resort. I guess we've got afternoon admission to Epcot. Anything worth going as a grownup without kids?

Should I buy a ticket for an evening at Animal Kingdom during EMH?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Don't know about the "without kids" part but I watched Jefferson Airplane/Starship blow the doors off of the place at like a 4 the other day with kids and watched like over a billion different jugglers/acrobats/musicians before the fireworks and then went lights out at the swan. Would recommend. Bring the family and extend that thing.

Like, Epcot is most known for your parents favorite bands going bonkers. I've seen a who's who of them there and it's super fun.

I think they should raise the price to Disney World to about $500 a person. Smaller crowds would make it a very enjoyable place to take the family.

I bet they are pretty good at setting admission to maximize revenue.

I'm sure. But if it was set for maximizing enjoyment, I would prefer that.

They need to just sell FastPass (or include it with Resort stay) like Universal does. Way better.

Yeah, you can buy FP for your crew. But you don't need to.
