If I were an old, that's a little too close to campus for me. Maybe it will be filled with old dudes who want a bachelor pad super close to the sorority houses over there.

I thought back 9 and the university were supposed to be developing condos across from the alumni center? I got marketing materials for those like three years ago and there isn't crap at that location but grass.

They didn’t get enough pre ordered condos for the ones across from the old stadium. It was actually trinium (now renamed) that got that bid.
I heard earlier this week about the royal towers I can’t believe it’s not cheaper to just tear down and rebuild it.
What’s interesting is two houses just got tore down on poyntz directly across from the sand volleyball courts that are going to be the same thing
