Best way to look at all this stuff (we prolly figure this out as we live life long enough) is you can be afraid of almost anything, but once you eventually confronting the fear, intentionally or by accident, you end up realizing that it's not that big of a deal and you just wasted a part of the limited time we all have in this life worrying about something that was no big deal.
If you worry about death, there's nothing you can do about it in most cases, so why waste time worrying about it? Just imagine your kids will ultimately be better off if you croak when they are young because they are going to improvise with the limited tools you were able to give them and will become total badasses in life.
