'Scheme' pizza in Salina is not good, but costs like $30.  Really confusing.

I have literally nothing to add to this. It's all been covered. I just simply couldn't let a pizza thread go on without posting. It's a conversation rule of mine, but it also translates to message boards.

FACT: Even "awful" pizza is better than roughly 79 percent of all other food at its best. Once you start adding fruit, (namely pineapple), to the equation,  though, the number drops down to something closer 71.

The long and short of those numbers is as follows:

If you see something that even somewhat resembles pizza. Put it in your mouth. Odds are you won't be sorry.

I never understood why pizza isn't served at formal events. Nobody on earth dislikes pizza.  Meanwhile, all that nasty crap they serve at those things...we its nasty.

Is my dream to have pizza at my wedding reception.

It's almost worth some skank agreeing to marry you for everyone to get to eat pizza.  (not worth it for her, but everyone there)

The fact that there's no such thing as bad pizza would have made things boring. You'll get it when I'm served my first rancid sandwich. When I make a scene, slap the waitress and flip over a restaurant table in Boulder, my choice of subject matter will become crystal clear.

I like Scheme.  I sometimes go out of my way to try to go through Salina on one of the 3 days they're open if I'm on a work or EMAW trip.

:dunno:  It's good and part of why I like it is how excited my buddy who lives there and his son get when the prospect of Scheme comes up.  I'm also entertained by the Boulder-ish pretentiousness of a place in Salina.

wow, pizza ovens are expensive.

don't buy dough, 'tards.  dough is hella easy to make.  it'd be easier for you to make dough, take it to a pizza place and ask them to bake it for you, than the reverse.

Yeah, pizza dough is ridic. easy to make.  It takes like 2 minutes to mix, then you wait for it to rise.  JFC.  Idiots.
LOL @ the chef-boy-r-dee pizza rubes.  sometimes its just better to shut the eff up unless you know what you are talking about.

clams, what is best place in our area to get dough?

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.
