There probably isn't a sense of urgency right now. The only thing that can happen is that ESPN could try to overvalue the ACC even more (and I don't think they can find another $20-$30 million a year needed to get these schools another $1-2 million per yer), and they could push for a grant of rights to justify that expense. However, I don't think some of the schools there are going to be willing to sign a GOR knowing there's still uncertainty in the landscape.
That said, what happens with the Maryland settlement is going to be a big deal. If it proves to be $30+ million, everyone may sign the GOR to get whatever money they can. If the Maryland settlement is around $20 million, there may be movement by at least one or two schools.
