I'm wondering how the SEC benefits from wrecking the Big XII? I can understand the desire for Missouri, but not at the expense of our entire league. SEC needs to tread very carefully here. I think they know this. They're also trying to keep the Big East intact by refusing WVU.
I think that they're seeing what happens with Mizzou before they go to WVU. They'll probably make a run at FSU before extending an invite to WVU.
This is what's infuriating about this. We need to be pushing forward with our best interests in this time before the Big East solidifies (or whatever it is they'll do). We need to be aggressive. Mizzou is preventing this from happening.
We need to go after our top 3 regardless.
Them: What about Mizzou?
Big12: Would Mizzou being in or out affect your final decision?
Them (Except for the Couch Burners): No
Big12: Then eff'em, you in or out?
