I strongly dislike the job that 17 yr old line judge is doing. I also hate our defensive scheme

Same prevent defense as usual.  All it does is prevent the other teams punter from getting tired.  When half of your team is walkons, you can't hang with this kind of offense.

Not really prevent. Bend but don't break with a lot of break tonight. I mean 500+ yards through 3 quarters is pretty bad.

I like the idea of our defense, but like fan said, we're just breaking too much

I mean the only reason we do this bend don't break thing is to be gimmicky. Not like we weren't pretty aggressive back in the day when we had a stable of studs.

No, I think it's very smart based on today's offenses. If we played like we did in late 90's, we'd get burnt like crazy.

Why didn't we run the sack the QB play all night?

I've never seen a defense so willing to just sit back and lose. If the bend-but-don't-break isn't working, why did we never try anything else?

It's so exhausting when the opposing QB needs to make 1 pre-snap read and then deliver the ball for 10+ yards all the way down the field. 3 step drop, open receiver. I hate our scheme.

gives us the best chance to beat a team like baylor with our current roster. infuriating to watch though. Baylor didn't make enough mistakes last night and our offense wasn't good enough either. the bad start was killer, we go down 14, end up losing game by 11.

Tom Hayes has more job security as Kstate's DC than when he ran a bar.
