I know ging pretty well and I'm pretty sure he doesn't know crap about ginger beer, plus he hasn't lived in mhk for 14 months.

As it turns out, after I had found Sioux City ginger beer at HyVee, the only way to buy Gosling's rum at The Fridge was to buy it in a package with Gosling's Ginger Beer. Who knew?

i've never tried sioux city. reading reviews online says it's only moderately spicy. which means its only moderately good imo.

My first test-batch of home-brewed ginger beer is going to go into the fridge at 4 pm this afternoon and hopefully by 7 I'll be enjoying a cold dark & stormy.

Clams, they sell 4 packs of Fentimans at Cosentinos in brookside for like $8. No idea if that is a fair price.

similar story here, but 2wks rather than 2days. Tried them at the yard house. Then continued to blow them up like I would never have another one. Very delish.

2 days is a long time to wait for fermentation, but the home-made stuff is so much better than store-bought.

no did not. have been hungover on couch all afternoon from massive binge. dean and deluca sells it for $4/bottle. i use maine root but plan on stocking up on fentimans this week if they restock.
