beautiful pics Chings. i too D&S'd this weekend. Reverse on the plaza serves them in copper mugs.

i went to a speakeasy in downtown L.A. where i had the best D&S in the world, they used homemade ginger beer.

not sure if i already posted this but in case i forgot- try adding a dose of this to your D&S.

I really owe it to myself to get on this bandwagon. Sure, I enjoy the hell out of the occasional D&S when 'Clams is the chef, but I need to start taking some responsibility and making my own.

Oh yeah. I pretty much scream it every time I pour another one. Roomies are no longer amused.
