Was there a bigger turning point in our country?  I don't think so.

Why we ever let them back in the Union and become states again is beyond me, they should be on the same level as Puerto Rico and Guam.

The Civil War is the one where the North fought the SEC to abolish slavery, right?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Also I'm not one to get excited about the Preamble to the Constitution, but I am going to scream the ever living crap out that thing on the 18th. We truly are playing for America on the 18th.

Fun Fact- The "Southern Accent" did not exist until after the Civil War.

It was their way of saying "eff you" while their panties were in a sherman bow tie.

Head injuries.

I saw a news thing a couple years ago about a Seattle woman who got in a car wreck and all of a sudden spoke with a french accent.  Would also explain basically everything else in the south since the civil war.

I think the best part about the whole thing was how leading up to the war the southerners were all absolutely convinced they were going to win despite being totally outmatched.  Completely delusional.

I wish I had a time machine and could go back in time and watch Sherman burn that part of the country to the ground.

I'd also swing by Elmira Prison for a glimpse of justice at work on those sub-humans.

I would take my kids and show them, first hand how to deal with trash.

Gives me chills when I read that.  Very proud to share a small part of such a great legacy.

I heard from several reputable sources (A+) that we were even looking ahead to the Spanish-American War.  Sucks to suck I guess Confeds.

it's true what they say about the civil war being brother on brother.
my grandfather fought for the free states in the civil war, his half brother fought for the south.  so my grandfather shot his half brother in the face.
