I think it is ok to post any insight you may have gained from reading the books since the thread title indicates this thread is for people who like the show and the books.

No, I haven't read the Rogue Prince. I only read the novellas when I can find them at the library...so I just put a hold request on that one.

The Princess and the Queen was pretty good. I give it 4 lemon cakes.

Also, that he was a targaryenn and that the story would bend him and Dany together and against the powers that be

Yeah, I thought (or hoped at least) it would be Jon, Dany, and Aegon riding the 3 dragons. How long does it take dragons to get to ridable size?

He has a contract to not cut his hair as long as he is on the show. If he cut it then Jon Snow is dead.

Sort-of-zombies can have shorter hair imo. If he makes it he's going to be pretty roughed up going forward. Could just be part of it.
