So to recap so far, Carrie period'd in the shower at school, had tampons thrown at her, then was punished at home for showering with girls by religious mother.  1 popular girl regrets it, other popular girl uploads video to the youtubes.

Not great. Those special effects got worse throughout the already bad movie.

Saw The Babadook last night.  Really enjoyed it.  The ending left something to be desired but by and large, one of the better horror movies that I've seen in a while.  Although not perfect, the babadook was one of the creepier creatures that I've seen in a movie as well.
