I don't think you're recalling the right conversation. I got through the first few episodes of it in undergrad and never picked it back up. Also, we're drunk together a lot and I'm prone to hyperbole,  so who the eff knows.

i have to be in the right mood to watch The League, but it is very funny. sometimes i feel like the jokes are recycled and theyre just being crude for shock effect and then theres an episode than has me rolling on the ground laughing. its tough to binge watch, but at an episode or two a week, its enjoyable.

anything with mr mcgibblets makes me pee my pants.

taco is great and theyve figured that out. dirty randy and rafi are getting very old to me, but rafi was funny the first few times.

i watched both the flashback episode and the season premiere.  the chick is a train wreck.  i know everyone here wants to blame dean but no.  she's bonkers with or without him.  granted, he's one of the biggest d-bags in the history of the world, but he's also canadian.  he's super passive aggressive and makes everything about him.  it would drive anyone insane.  but i guess that's why they call it, hollyweird. lol.
it is good to see tori seemingly strengthen up a bit - seems as though she's aware of dean's "charms" more than in season 1, thoughts?

This show along with Weeds both started out with a couple good seasons then went to utter crap. I watched both until the very end because I had already invested the time in previous seasons. I wish I had never started.

Finished Californication last night. Last season was great but no terrible. Hated the ending.

Hank Moody is a great character. I like him as much as I like Don Draper. I give the show a solid "B" rating.
