Just finished The Wire. BB was waaaay better, and I could make a case for HIMYM being better too. The finale sucked.

million dollar listing la starts on wednesday night with a couple of new brokers in the mix
out is madison, our resident malibuian. joining the brokers josh (flagg and altman) are londoners david and james, from bond street reality.

pretty excited to see some of this season's million dollar listings and everything that goes into getting them sold. it's always an exciting time when you find yourself tuned into bravo on wednesday nights at 9 central.

Aside from Bunk and sometimes Carver the entire police force was very uninteresting and often times unlikable. Not even hateable, just unlikable. The best episodes were those that featured less of the main characters and more of the supporting characters. I was almost relieved that the series was over after I finished.

The best part of it being over is never having to listen to that gawd awful theme song again. Season 5's version was the absolute worst.

A few other items that may contain spoilers...
1. Once Bubs stopped being an informant his storyline was pointless. Of all the characters that came and went in that show he was important enough to hold on to? Give me a break...
2. The media angle in S5 didn't move the needle for me. It quit making sense after about 5 episodes.
3. They should have never killed off Stringer.
4a. Dukey turning into a junkie at the very end was a strange writing choice. I'm supposed to believe that a 15 y/o who is best friends with the most up and coming gangsta in Baltimore has to pick up scrap metal and ride a horse buggy for the rest of his life?
4b. Are junkie horse buggies really a thing in Baltimore?
5. I needed to know more about Randy and Namond. Eff you, David Simon for not following up on the best characters from S4. You at least at the decency to kill off Frank Sobotka in S2.
6. How low was Beadie's self esteem that she kept McNulty around? That whole relationship seemed odd.
7. Somebody get Daniels a sandwich. If I had to watch another scene with his bony ass shirtless I would've vomited.
