If people really knew all that was going on with this team Post Rating (1 vote)
you wouldn't be all over HCBS, and wouldn't have been so upset about the loss. So much going with this group of guys.. off court crap, guys not focused, HCBS had no other options at this point in the season on rotations....  He didn't trust CF's D to guard at this level- you saw Stanford go right at him on an easy backdoor play on CF's 1st D possession.. was HCBS worry all year... Guys not finishing at the rim all year... He knew he had his hands tied when Ebiid went down too..

Oh man, sounds like they battled through a lot of adversity.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

The Elephant in the Room  (22 votes)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kansas has 2,101 all time wins (2nd all time), 57 conference titles (most all time), 14 final fours (4th all time), yet we only have 3 championships since the inception of tournament  in '39 (with 7 schools having as many or more, with 4 of those schools having significantly more). Are we simply unlucky? Do we put more value on the regular season then most programs? Or have our player perennially up-tight come tournament time?

It's a frustrating anomaly and the only statistic Kansas lacks behind other blue bloods.

Spracs, congrats on Selden sticking around.

He apparently has since deleted the tweet saying he was staying.  It's a mystery that only Scooby Doo and his gang can solve.

Now Selden tweeted that some has been deleting his tweets.  I'm so confused.

Other than a group of "Tharpe Sunshine Pumpers" I think this is the consensus now.

I couldn't make up something so hilarious.

Meh, taking the scrappy soph white kid from Wichita over a senior who is not from KS makes total sense.

Does he even have a driver's license?  How about learning some social skills?

Big mistake IMHO.  They have the best driver's ed in world in Lawrence.  Plus, party at the Cave!
