Ku is a team who should be proud of their accomplishments

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

yeah, how many teams make it to the round of 32?  that's right, 32.  being in the top 32 is very good.

Huge win for ku over EKU.  They can really ride the coattails of that one into next season.

Fantastic situation for that program.  Tremendous momentum.

They have 2 top 5 picks in the draft, most have 0.

Embiid doesn't hurt his back, they kick the crap out of Stanford.  Couple of first team all Big 12!  :tsc:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Exactly.  I am jealous of them.  Big 12 title and a first round win, that's a nice year right there.  WOULD TAKE!

Stanford really got under seeded.  That was absolutely one of three toughest regions.

And let's be serious, Stanford was an under-seed.  Should have been an 8 and I think our own Powercat Pat had them at a 7.

Agree.  There is NO WAY Stanford is a 10.  More like a 7, IMO.

No shame in bowing out before Iowa State and Wichita State do.  Those programs have really improved

Yep, the BiG would have had them much more prepared for that Stanford zone implemented by coaching titan Johnny Dawkins.

Anyone want to guess what place the PAC 12 was in RPI?  Well it was high.  Very high.  Strong RPI conference.  Now gonna go check the PAC 12 conference BPI ranking but pretty sure I know the answer to this as well.

if that game was in KC and not STL, then we are talking about a different ball game

having to play a very underseeded Stanford in STL (Stanford fan hotbed) was a very tough draw.  no shame in losing that one.

If people really knew all that was going on with this team Post Rating (1 vote)
you wouldn't be all over HCBS, and wouldn't have been so upset about the loss. So much going with this group of guys.. off court crap, guys not focused, HCBS had no other options at this point in the season on rotations....  He didn't trust CF's D to guard at this level- you saw Stanford go right at him on an easy backdoor play on CF's 1st D possession.. was HCBS worry all year... Guys not finishing at the rim all year... He knew he had his hands tied when Ebiid went down too..
