Weird religious school smack-off...
 :flush: :flush: :flush: :flush:

TCU is secular school.  We've covered this.
Says you have to take at least one religious class to graduate, bible-thumper

https://tcuadmission.wordpress.com/2013/01/14/how-christian-is-texas-christian-university/

Yes, your options are either a world religions class or some understanding the bible crap.

I took the world religions class.

The TCU posters are awful and gross. That toilet trash looking down at anyone is hilarious, have some self-awareness.

Apparently you don't understand the word secular.

Look it up and get back to the thread.

Also, I'm an athiest so LOLz.

An athiest that went to a school with Christian in its name, this guy may be timhawk level dumb.

TCU's pre-med degree program is excellent and has an extremely high med school placement %.

I thought I wanted to be a doctor.  Took me 3 weeks of bio and chemistry professors to realize that I really didn't want to be a doctor.

And once again since you hicks can't seem to remember anything.  TCU only has christian in the name because the Disciples of Christ donated the land that the school is located on and TCU felt it appropriate to honor them for this.  Originally it was AddRan College of Arts and Sciences (which is a pretty sucky name).

My first day of biology was actually pretty fun because the professors spent 15 minutes talking about how if you didn't believe that evolution is the unifying theory of biology then keep it to yourself and answer the questions according to what they were teaching otherwise you would fail.  They then handed out a big folder with papers discussing why intelligent design and other sky man fairy tale crap wasn't even up for discussion.  The looks on some of my classmates faces were awesome.

TCU atheist: how counter-cultural.

As much as I would like to say that I was counter-cultural, the abundance of drugs, alcohol, and sex meant I pretty much fit in with a lot of the student body.  I didn't completely fit in tho.  I was a poor kid from the ghetto in KC.  So, sorostitutes didn't really like me because I didn't have a Tahoe, Surburban, BMW, or Mercedes and my parents were normal blue collar people.

Yep, a professor who has to defend evolution being true before he can even start his day one lecture goes home every night and falls asleep thinking "Man, I sure am glad I teach at this completely a-religious university"

You guys need to worry less about whether we are religious and more about your craptastic tailgate environment. My crew showed up in 2013 with a liter of vodka, bourbon and a case of beer looking for a tailgate with a TV. So sad. We saw one TV and they were watching reruns of Wheel of Fortune or some such. They were old. Like maybe Snyder's parents.

Has to be the least rough rid'in tailgating seen in the conference. You gotta be better.

 I've been to every big 12 school (TCU twice) and your tailgating is the most Mountain West type scene that I've ever encountered. You guys are still trying to find who you are.

Oh boy guys, a liter of vodka!  Look out now!  You can't just find a liter of vodka anywhere, only serious tailgaters can obtain such a quantity of vodka (which is the hardest of all alcohols to find in such bulk). Man a whole liter, can you imagine?  I bet parties with that crew are "off" "the" "hook". So hardcore. Vodka, bourbon AND a case of beer?  Jesus Eff Christ what a haul!

I mean think about how money that must have cost! Upwards of $40 I bet!  First you have your liter of vodka, that ain't cheap son! Then on top of that bourbon? Wait there's more?  An entire CASE of beer?  That kind of treasure trove should get any crew access to a TV.
