Question from a Baylor fan
« on: September 24, 2013, 05:53:43 PM »
Hey guys, sorry about the season you guys are having. I'm not sure what to make of your team since I believed you guys would be in the top half of the Big 12 this year and now it doesn't look like that will be the case. Some friends of mine and I are thinking about coming up to the game on the 12th. How hard/easy is it to get tickets (since apparently all reserved tickets are sold out) and where would the best place to stay?  Thanks!

P.S. What is a tuck?

P.P.S. Who is flood Aggie? Iowa St?

Kind of season we're having?  The eff?    :whistle1:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

Sorry, from reading through this board, it seemed you guys were having a disappointing season. I didn't mean anything by it.

Tickets are easy to find, you get one next to me I'll break a bottle over your head like sweet pea.

No hotels in Manhattan to be had, enjoy Junction City, Topeka, or Abilene.

Tuck is complicated, to me a tuck is a fan who doesn't know a lot about the sport they cheer for, mostly football, but they are vocal about telling you what you should or shouldn't like. Tucks usually think like old people but the worst tucks are young. They base their opinions over what they read from one of their favorite Johnson County, KS based poster or what their uncle told them what he heard at the Co-op

Yeah flood aggie is ISU, the saddest group of low expectation having rubes in America.

Post often if you are good, if not you'll quickly find out what PI is.

Easy to find by the stadium I'm assuming? Sold by scalpers or tailgaters or all of the above? Where would be the best place to look? I didn't realize Jacoby Jones was a KSU fan.

Let that be your only apology on this blog. Now, get your ass up to Manhattan and have a great time getting schemed by LHC Bill Snyder.

Baylor fan, don't come to Manhattan unless you want to get blackout drunk with a bunch of really sad people. You guys are going to knock our dicks in the dirt this year.
