A number of the less enlightened residents of the area call the current Wal Mart "Mexi Mart" in addition to calling the adjacent Price Chopper "Mexi Chopper"; I would love to find an image of the the letter to see if/how the author the managed to tip toed around using that verbiage.

I have heard it referred to as the "Wal-Martinez". 

I've also heard that Price Chopper is fantastic.  Legend has it that they stock different stuff there than other Price Choppers, and it's amazing.  But I've never been, so I can't confirm.

Fairway is two distinct areas. The "Golden Triangle," and everything else (southwest). All those high-priced homes are in the Triangle. The stuff in the southwest is little houses where folks who can't afford to buy in Prairie Village live.
