I am going to say the k is the most overrated thing in kc. It's fine, but meh.

Its the most beautiful ballpark in the country (speaking strictly of the ball park not the setting around it) and I will fight you IRL if you dishonor Mr. K to my face like that.

I think so.  Money is cheap, the acquisition costs will be rock bottom for such prime real estate and from personal observos, they are absolutely tearing the crap out of the area putting in heavy duty sewer stuff.  New power station over there too
