Might have already been discussed in this thread but wtf is the deal with the dirt bike and atv gangs that ride through downtown and do tricks? I was having a delightful outdoor dinner at Extra Virgin this weekend and those jackasses rode by a dozen times. I feel like this is a uniquely Kansas City thing.

The building up here is really nice too, but it isn't in a place where the real estate is so valuable, it's next to the airport.

That is definitely not unique to kc. Happens in philly, baltimore and probably a lot of other cities.
