Ppl don’t ride the street car for transportation. They ride it so they can tell ppl they rode it. Last December, Mrs Wacky and I did this remarkable thing. We made it to BarK with Gator without using the 1 mile Choo choo train.

You drove to barK. Cool. Congrats.

How the hell do you think the roads and sidewalks were paid for?

Roads are free y'all!

Wacky me and my downtown buds pay for the streetcar. We'd love for you to use it.  On us. Enjoy!

Roads are necessary. The street car isn’t. :dunno:

but it was already there so why would it be necessary to take it down, thereby exposing everyone to the terrible kansas city weather?

Good idea. Mixing "lib" talk with KC fun is taking it too seriously bud.

I personally find driving myself the absolute most annoying method of transportation.  Maybe horse and buggy would.be worse.

I use the streetcar pretty much any time I am going anywhere within a few blocks of the line. Parking at union Station is very convenient for this waldoian

driving from waldo to union station and waiting for a streetcar to take you to someplace you could have just parked at sounds like the opposite of convenient.
