She probably tried to go all oscar Weber coaching style first, then when that didn't work she had to get all Frank on their asses. I agree with SD

And MC and SD saying she's a great writer are absolutely right. She used a couple of terms that I never would, but placed them at the climax of her e-mail for maximum effect. Grammar and syntax were pretty spot on, too.
