I disliked Rex Walters as passionately as any 8 year old could. Was sure we'd beat Missouri the next day and go on to a magical tourney run.

The last time we had such exceptional guard play was 2010 with Pullen and Clemente. And, we have better bigs this year. We can run deep in the tourney. But when it comes to KU, well we all know how this is going to go. So does the team, and that's the problem.

It hurts to know how this will end because I want it so bad for Rod, Tay and JO. You can really tell how bad they want it and that's the problem; they want it too bad.
