I know everyone here is worried about my storage space since I won't have a basement or a 3rd garage.  I wanted to put everyone's mind at ease.  Everything highlighted in yellow below is attic space that will be more than adequate storage.

yeah you're never going to go in that attic. my only issue with the house is the two car garage with two separate doors and wood in the middle or whatever. that looks like a gigantic pita. maneuvering cars and bikes and crap around that wood in in the middle for the next twenty years? no thanks.

That little area between the doors keeps the two cars from parking too close to each other inside of the garage.
