thats why you leave the open floor tv for casual viewing and the basement tv for hardcore watch sessions

Yes! I hate it when I am trying to watch something and Gooch is over there in the kitchen cooking my dinner and running the faucet, making a bunch of noise.

Generally they're pretty lax until your house is complete.

The HOA is still controlled by the builders and I hear they're hard asses.
