Just found out I will be going to Seattle April 17th through the 21 for the Society for Research in Child Development conference.  Conferences are the worst and I am definitely not happy about having to travel on the weekend and work the following week.  Moreover, I have to hang out with a bunch of nerds for 4 days.

Fun Business Trip:  Nice French Quarter Hotel during Mardi Gras with vendors throwing around their Corp Cards like mad men.

No, not that many. Kids make up a lot of that 50,000 number and they have no choice as to where they live. Most of them probably dream of one day getting out of Salina and living some place elite. Life will beat down many of them and then with a heavy heart they will choose to remain in Salina.
