Book 4 was overly hyped to me as terrible before I read it, which made me enjoy it quite thoroughly. I think if you were expecting it to cover all the characters and you had no idea that it went off in a different direction, you would be disappointed. But the Dorne and Iron Islands stuff I really liked.
