I'm sorry, Dax, which recruiting class of Frank's is Weber's class better than?
Well for starters, several of Weber's last recruiting classes at Illinois blew anything Frank put together at K-State out of the water, at least from a ratings perspective.
But if you need to see this horror show again, here goes:
2008:
Buchi Awaji
Abdul Herrera
That class has been banned in 48 states and 15 countries.
2010:
Freddy Asprilla
Juevol Myles
Shane Southwell
Will Spradling
Nino Williams
When Spradling and Southwell are your two best recruits in an class of five at a Big 12 School, that's just not very good. We'll see if Williams amounts to anything.
2011: This is when an Elite 8 run, and multiple NCAA tourney appearences should really be hitting home on the recruiting trail.
Adrian Diaz-He may turn into a real DITR
Thomas Gipson-A highly sought after 3 star recruit.
Jeremy Jones-

Omari Lawrence-

Angel Rodriguez-

James Watson-

I left out the 2009 class, which was on paper an Elite needle mover. But 2008-crap, 2010-I'll be nice and say mediocre and 2011 pretty medicore. Even more painful when you consider that there were 10 slots available, brought about by multiple Frankings. The next couple of classes had to have multiple home runs and NO Frankings, or IMO things were going to get bad quickly. 7 foot project academic rejects were not what we needed.
