So yesterday we picked up hamburger from Hen House and all they had was 85/15 and we were like "whatever" we just need food for a couple of days before we hit the grocery store for real (Sunday. Just got back from vacation). We usually get the lean crap and I have to fight the hamburger to stay together. I do marinade it with Worcestershire, Garlic Salt, and a little A1, so it makes it a little tougher to stick. However, last night, with the fattier hamburger, it was no issue at all.
