my entire workout consists of walking/jogging 2.2 miles each day (path behind my house is that distance in a loop) and then doing youth sports coaching of my kids which is walking/jogging around a field yelling at kids to quit playing in the dirt and pay attention. a lot of baseball throwing I guess, I have a rocket/laser arm now. No weight training at all. It's probably awful to not build strength at my age (like 95 years old basically). But I also am very proud that I don't just sit on my fat ass all day doing nothing (I do that the entire rest of the day not chronicled above). when it gets to cold to get out there I will convert to rowing on my hydrow and really get some lower back muscles working.
